EL 23545 Mount Peake Pastoral Annual report for the period 19 December 2002 to 18 December 2003

Abstract

EL23545 is located within the Northern Province of the Arunta Inlier, Northern Territory. Anglo American Exploration (Australia) Pty Ltd has targeted this region for magmatic intrusive related nickel-copper-platinum group mineralisation of the Voisey's Bay (Canada), Noril'sk (Russia) and Jinchuan (China) style. Exploration, during the first year of the tenement, was comprised of a review of previous exploration conducted, initial field reconnaissance including rock chip sampling, a soil sampling program and a TEM survey. Work conducted on the lease is currently being assessed to determine future exploration priorities and activities.
