Title: Thermal history assessment using Apatite Fission Track Analysis and Vitrinite Reflectance, Southern Bonaparte Basin
Report id: CSR0112

Abstract: This report was prepared to assess the thermal history of the Southern Bonaparte Basin.
The study is based primarily on new apatite fission track analysis (AFTA) data in twenty-two samples from three offshore wells, one onshore well and eight onshore shallow core samples. Twenty-three new vitrinite reflectance (VR) measurements in samples from three of the wells were also obtained. These data are integrated with open-file VR data from the four wells to provide a coherent thennal history framework for the Southern Bonaparte Basin.
NOTEBarnett 1, Petrel 2 and Flat Top 1 cores are not held at the NTGS Core Stores.
