| Abstract: | Work included deep surface drilling at Callie. This program successfully extended the Callie resource down plunge and provided further definition of the Kerril South mineralisation. Drilling targets included Zen, Mount Majestic and North Limb tested for mineralisation and favourable stratigraphy for gold deposition away from the Callie Anticlinorium. Estimated ore resources and reserves on MLS 154 total 18.24 MT at 5.19 g/t Au for 3,044,147 ounces (December 31,2002, Newmont Shareholder Report ). |
