| Abstract: | Alluvial gold mining was carried out on MCN 523 over a seven month period, with treatment of 17,000 tonnes of ore for a recovery of 137.51 fine ounzes of gold. The grade of treated ore was 0.25 grams per tonne, which is very low. It is estimated that MCN 523 contains a gold resource of about 200,000 cubic metres at a grade of' 0.25 grams per cubic metre. |
