Abstract: | This report outlines exploration activities carried out on tenement EL 23912 at the Bynoe Project south of Darwin, NT, during the tenure of the tenement from June 2004 to July 2008 when the tenement was surrendered. Lithostructural mapping and geochemical sampling information collected from the exploration tenement by Sons of Gwalia Ltd, the previous owner, during earlier programmes have been collated and reviewed. Site assessments were carried out in late 2005 and mid 2006 to determine options to further exploit the mineral potential of the Bynoe project area. The conclusions are that the existing mineralisation is in small separated pods and the likelihood of significant tonnages of localised mineable grade mineralisation is low. No further work is recommended. |
