Annual report for EL 24081 and EL 24024

Abstract

I refer to the above subject Tenements and have attached the following information. (1) Letter and content from I.M.X. Resources dated 16th April 2008 15 pages, (2) Email Frank Pozzari to Denise Turnbull dated 16th May 2008, (3) Transfer Approval letter N.T Dept. of Fisheries and Mines dated 2nd June 2008, (4) Letters granting of Waiver to the reduction of blocks dated 8th July 2008 &14th July2008, (5)Letter N.T Dept.of Fisheries&Mines to Continental Nickel dated 4th March 2008, (6)Letter N.T Dept. of Fisheries &Mines to Fenico Exploration Ltd dated 16July 2008, (7) Email Frank Pozzari to Debbie Rees with reply from Debbie Rees dated 29th July 2008. With respect to(5) above; ie.( Works programme and Annual Report) .I.M.X.advised Fenico that no exploration had taken place nor had any expenditure being effected on the subject tenements. This was discussed at a meeting at the Department of Fisheries and Mines on the 22nd May 2008 between Fenico Exploration and Dept. Personnel. Fenico therefore makes a submission that NIL Exploration and NIL Expenditure is to be recorded with respect to satisfying this request as made in the letter dated 4th March 2008. It is Fenico's intent upon achieving A.S.X. Listing is to return EL 24081 and EL 24024 to a state of good standing.
