Gypsum deposits associated with diapiric structures crop out at Gypsum Range and Gwinn Dome. The latter was tested by bulldozing and found to be too small to justify a large-tonnage sulphur-from-gypsum and cement plant. Gypsum content of several dozen samples taken systematically along the bulldozed trenches ranged up to 72.1 per cent. The economics do not justify further work.en_US
