Abstract: The Mount Bundey group of exploration tenements is located about 90 km southeast of Darwin along the Arnhem Highway. Exploration conducted during the period from 1 December 2018 to 30 November 2019 consisted of soil sampling, rock chip sampling, structural mapping and RC and diamond drilling. A total of 1602 soil samples were collected over three different areas. Several gold-in-soil anomalies were delineated of which the best one is just to the north of the Rustler's Roost open pit. RC drilling at the Tanya gold-in-soil anomaly (including the Annie-Oakley prospect at the south end) consisted of 13 holes for 1484 metres and 1604 samples. Structural mapping indicated that the Tanya prospect covers the western limb of the regional Tanya anticline. The geology shows similarities with the Rustler's Roost deposit and consists of shales and siltstone with concordant quartz veins. Despite that overall drill results were disappointing. Diamond drilling at Anomaly 11 was part of the 2019 Collaboration Program and consisted of four diamond holes with RC pre-collars for 883.4 metres and 528 samples. The geology at Anomaly 11 consists of a sedimentary succession dominated by shale and siltstone with minor interbedded sandstone. Drilling returned only very narrow, low grade intercepts within fresh rock. Gold mineralisation is mainly associated with sub-vertical shear zones cutting the sedimentary sequence.
