Combined Annual Report for the Edna Beryl Group MLC's 91 - 95 and MLC 705 GR414 1 April 2018 to 31 March 2019

Abstract

The titles of the Edna Beryl Group were acquired by TC8 Pty Ltd (TC8) and Giants Reef Exploration Pty Ltd (Giants Reef) to search for Tennant Creek style iron oxide copper-gold deposits (IOCG). TC8 and Giants Reef are wholly owned subsidiaries of Emmerson Resources Ltd (Emmerson). This combined report records the activities completed on these titles during the period from 01 April 2018 to the 31 March 2019. All activities Exploration and Production/Mining were conducted on MLC 705. The exploration-based activities involved the execution of a drilling program which included 13 Reverse Circulation (RC) holes totalling 1,718m (EBWRC085 - 097) with drill stats summarized below in table 2 and displayed in figure 3. The recent (subject of this report) drilling program at Edna Beryl has had mixed success with ironstones, but no significant mineralisation intersected and also lack of ironstones and mineralisation on a regional scale. Exploration at Edna Beryl remains in its early stages and further exploration is required to define the extent of the number of ironstones in the area, their extent, continuity and potential mineralisation of each individual ironstone as well as the overall endowment of the Edna Beryl Group 'Camp of ironstones' over the regional setting, hence away from the Edna Beryl Mine and more towards the Carraman - Klondyke Area. Further geophysics may be required. The production and mining based activities during the reporting period consisted of further development of the Edna Beryl Mine including rise development, stoping and dewatering.
