| Abstract: | The Bluebush-Bonanza Project and combined reporting group is located approximately 600 km northwest of Alice Springs, in the Tanami Desert, Northern Territory; and lies immediately to the east of the Western Australian border. The project comprises 22 tenements which are held by Prodigy Gold NL or its wholly owned subsidiary, Australian Tenement Holdings Pty Ltd (ATH). The Bluebush-Bonanza Project tenements are being explored for gold mineralisation. The project area falls within the prospective Trans-Tanami Fault Zone; and is transected by several major gold-bearing structures, including the Tanami Fault. At the Capstan prospect, an 8 km gold anomaly has been defined under shallow cover. Prodigy believes that the anomalism, prospective stratigraphic setting, and complex structural setting of the prospects at its Bluebush-Bonanza Project may be analogous with the Callie gold mine. Approximately 95% of Bluebush is undercover and surface sampling has only been effective in very limited areas in the north and south of the project. Prodigy undertook RAB, AC, RC and DD drilling completing a total 520 holes for 40,461.4 metres and sent 18,027 samples for assay. Prodigy also continued its drill spoil collection programme with 147 samples sent for assay. The drill spoil samples, together with 107 samples from the 2 diamond core holes, were used in a lithogeochemistry study, in partnership with the CSIRO. On-ground work was completed on Exploration Licences 27119, 29860, 31290 and 31291. On-ground work planned for other titles could not be completed due to delays in obtaining access approval from the Central Land Council. |
