Abstract: The Independence Group NL (IGO) tenement EL 31234 is located approximately 500 km west-northwest of Alice Springs in the western Aileron Province of central Australia, adjacent to the border of Western Australian (WA). The tenement was granted on 13th October 2017. EL 31234 forms part of the Lake Mackay Project joint venture with Prodigy Gold NL (PRX). Ownership of the project is split 70% to IGO and 30% to PRX, with each party contributing their share of the project expenditure. All on ground exploration since the tenement was granted has been conducted by IGO, the operator of the joint venture. Exploration during the reporting period consisted of sacred site clearance surveys, collection of surface geochemistry (405 soil and one 1 rock sample), collection of airborne electromagnetic (AEM) data (1306.7 line kms) and collection of 213 stations of follow-up ground based moving loop electromagnetic surveys (MLEM).
