Corkscrew GR198-11 Annual Group Report 27 February 2018 to 26 February 2019 EL 10120 and EL 23509 Hayes Creek Project

Abstract

EL 10120 and EL 23509 are part of Rockland Resources Pty Ltd Hayes Ck Project, situated in the central part of Pine Creek Orogen. This report documents the exploration activities undertaken during the reporting period for one year ending on 26 February 2018. Delays with establishing a land access agreement with the local pastoral lease holder for Douglas Station has hindered field programs. During the reporting period, nine rock chip samples have been collected within the tenement. No samples are considered of exploration interest since the maximum gold value is <1 g/t Au. Six small soil sampling surveys have been conducted in the central west and east parts of EL 23509 and north part of EL 10120 for a total of 31 samples. Only the Area N soil sampling shows an anomalous trend worthy of follow up including a gold anomaly up to 30 times the background. Ground geophysics Sub-Audio Magnetics (SAM) and Fixed Loop Electromagnetics (FLEM) surveys were conducted by Gap Geophysics Exploration Services Pty Ltd (GAP). Three FLEM loops were used to collect 64.2 line km of data and the SAM survey consisted of 22.2 line km. AEM anomalies appear to be due to surficial man-made infrastructure and graphitic portions of the Koolpin Formation. The SAM survey did not identify any significant new structures that could be related to known mineralisation.
