Abstract

The Euro Project (the Project) is held by Prodigy Gold NL (Prodigy), formerly known as ABM Resources NL. Following the completion of a Farm-in Agreement on 3 July 2018, Newcrest Operations Ltd (Newcrest) is earning an interest in the Euro Project by funding exploration. The Project is located approximately 550 kilometres northwest of Alice Springs, in the Tanami Region of the Northern Territory (Figure 1). The Euro Project is along strike of, or contains structures parallel to, the Trans-Tanami Trend; which is the regional control of major gold deposits in the area, including Newmont Mining's Callie and Granites Gold mines.
