Charlotte Lithium Project Annual Report EL 33346 for the period 3 February 2023 to 2 February 2024

Abstract

The tenement EL 33346 is located approximately 15km southwest of Darwin, accessing by Cox Peninsula Road, Litchfield Park Road and local unsealed tracks. The tenement EL 33346 is located in the Palaeoproterozoic Pine Creek Orogen. The Archaean basement is overlaid by the McArthur, Birrindudu, Daly, Arnhem, and Money Shoal Basins. Outcrop rocks include metamorphosed Greywacke, shale, siltstone, sandstone, dolostone, tuff, granite, felsic volcanic rocks, dolerite, basalt, micaceous schist, metapelite, calc-silicate rock, quartzite, and intrusive rocks. Work completed included Literature review, Field prospecting and sampling. Large pegmatitic, quartz outcrop were found on Mount Finnis. Inferring that these pegmatites are regional. In total of 9 rock chip samples were tested, no significant anomaly of Li and other elements.
