Carrara Range Project Group (GR601) Annual & Final Report for the reporting periods EL 32577 - 13 July 2021 to 11 April 2025, EL 32620 - 16 August 2021 to 11 April 2025, EL 32622 - 16 August 2021 to 11 April 2025

Abstract

This report is the group technical summary of work carried out by Resolution Minerals Ltd (RML, Resolution, or the Company) on the Carrara Range Project (Carrara Range or the Project) during the annual and final period from 1 July 2024 to 11 April 2025 (the Reporting Period). This group report includes EL 32577, EL 32620 and EL 32622. At the end of the previous reporting period, RML believed that the Carrara Range Project had the potential for economic sedimentary basin hosted base metals, manganese and iron ore mineralisation. During the Reporting Period, a review of the prospectivity for Sedimentary Exhalative (SEDEX) and Unconformity uranium mineralisation was undertaken. The project failed to attract joint venture interest, and a decision was made to relinquish the three project tenements, which occurred on 11 April 2025.
