Title Holder / Company: Teck Australia

Abstract: This report summarizes the 2020/2021 exploration activities conducted over EL 32175 referred to as the Lamont Pass Project. EL 32175 is situated within the highly prospective Proterozoic McArthur Basin, south of the world class McArthur River (HYC) zinc-lead-silver deposit and Teck's Teena discovery. Work was focused on compiling all the historic data and integrating it into in-house data formats and database storage as well as reviewing the historic datasets including open file geophysics data. Focus of this reporting period was the planning of a Helicopter based reconnaissance survey which is scheduled to be executed end of July/August subject to weather conditions. The main objectives of the Helicopter survey are to assess overall access into the Lamont Pass tenure into areas of interest, as currently there is limited road access within the tenure comprising a road along the very North-Eastern edge of the permit leading to the Merlin Diamond Mine. The Helicopter will also land within selected target areas to confirm mapped stratigraphy, do short traverses, and collect rock chip/stream sediment samples to be analysed. Teck is exploring the project for massive sulphide hosted zinc-lead-silver deposits of the McArthur Group. This annual report details work undertaken on EL 32175 by Teck during the reporting period from 3rd August 2021 to 2nd August 2022.
