Partial Relinquishment Technical Report Exploration Licence 33228 Period Ending 12 May 2025

Abstract

This report records exploration work completed on EL 33228 during the reporting period from 13 May 2022 to 12 May 2025 and a summary of all exploration activities undertaken over the life of the tenement. EL 33228 is located approximately 240km northeast of Alice Springs, within the Harts Range Metamorphic Complex (previously known as the Harts Range Group) Neoproterozoic- Early Cambrian Irindina Gneiss. Peregian Minerals Pty Ltd proposed to assess the title for rare earth minerals, uranium, precious metals, and base metals. During the third reporting period exploration activities were significantly reduced. A quiet capital raising market for rare earth minerals and uranium was evident. A compulsory 50% reduction of tenure was due on 12 May 2025 and the company decided on relinquishing five of the ten tenement units as they were deemed to be the least prospective
