Mount Todd Project Combined Annual Report GR087 for the period ended 14 March 2018

Abstract

EL's 29882, 29886, 28321 and EL 30898 are situated approximately 40 km east of the town of Pine Creek. This annual report documents the work completed on the licences for the period from 15 March 2017 to 14 March 2018. ELs 29882 and 29886 as they stand are the result of a consolidation and spilt of EL 25576, EL 25670, EL 25668 and EL 25669 which occurred on the 16 September 2013. EL 28321 and 30898 were added into this Group Reporting in May 2016 after the grant of EL 30898. Vista Gold Australia Pty Ltd. is the sole operator and manager of the exploration work. No drilling was carried out on the EL's during the reporting year, with expenditure instead being focused on a regional geophysical review and two major geophysical surveys. These were 3D direct current resistivity and induced polarization (DCIP) surveys conducted over the two IOCG deposits, these being the Wandie and Goldeneye prospects, interpreted as Tennant Creek-style deposits and thus a new style of deposit for the Pine Creek Geosyncline. Soil sampling was carried out on the Wolfram Hill North prospect with a small infill program to follow up on anomalous results, and an infill soil sampling program was also carried out at Wandie.
