Abstract: This Final Surrender report documents exploration work conducted by Newmont Tanami Pty Ltd (Newmont) on Exploration Licences (EL) 24865 and EL 25012 (the Licences), during the period 12th April 2007 to 30th December 2024. The Licences formed part of Newmont's Tanami Exploration Project (TEP, the Project) during this reporting period, which is comprised of 30 Exploration Licences and reported under Group Reporting status (GR 352). The TEP is located within the Granites - Tanami Orogen (GTO) of the Paleoproterozoic North Australian Craton (NAC), located adjacent to the Dead Bullock Soak (DBS) Mining Lease (MLS 154), comprising the world class Callie deposit. The Licences are located approximately 17 km northwest of the DBS Mining Lease. Work completed during the reporting period comprised desktop studies and the completion of a surface geochemical survey, utilising Newmont's proprietary Deep Sensing Geochemistry (DSG) technique. Airborne Electromagnetic (AEM), Airborne Gravity Gradiometry (AGG) and Airborne Magnetics surveys were also acquired during the reporting period. A surface geochemical survey was conducted during 2019, completed on an offset grid at a nominal spacing of 1 km x 1 km, to provide broad coverage across the Licences. A total of eight DSG survey points were collected during 2019. Results of the surveys did not highlight any anomalous responses. An AEM survey co-funded by Newmont and Geoscience Australia, the Northern Territory Geological Survey (NTGS) and the Geological Survey of Western Australia (WAGS) over the entire northern region of Western Australia as part of their Exploring for the Future initiative. The AEM survey was completed across the Licences in their entirety. An AGG and simultaneous aeromagnetic survey was flown by consultants CGG during September 2019 across the Licences. The surveys were completed across EL 25012 in its entirety and the eastern portion of EL 24865. The surface geochemical survey results did not highlight any significant anomalous responses, subsequently, EL 24865 and EL 25012 were voluntarily surrendered.
