Final Report MLN 320 and MLN 321 (Batchelor) Period Ending 22 July 2024

Abstract

Boral Resources (Qld) Pty Limited (Boral) was the holder of MLN 320 and MLN 321 (the Titles) that are the subject of this report. Department Industry, Tourism and Trade (DITT) accepted Boral's surrender application and subsequently ceased the Titles on 22/07/2024. The Titles were located approximately 93km south from Darwin via the Stuart Highway, Batchelor Road or Crater Lake Road. The Titles fall within sections 2935 and 2936, Hundred of Goyder. The total combined area covered by the titles was 30.74 Hectares (Ha). No extractive mining or exploration during the reporting period of 1 January 2021 to cessation of MLN 320 and MLN 321 on 22/07/2024. Again, care and maintenance activities were unable to be conducted due to continuing landowner refusal of access.
