Annual Technical Report Mineral Lease 28341 for the period 20 November 2022 - 19 November 2023

Abstract

This report describes activities conducted on ML 28341 during the reporting period from 20 November 2022 to 19 November 2023. The title is located approximately 230 km NNW of Alice Springs, and is held and operated by Enigma Mining Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tivan Limited. ML 28341 is the main resource/mining pit title on Tivan's Mount Peake Project. During the reporting period the Company realigned planning and regulatory obligations associated with its decisions to move the proposed TIVAN processing plant from Darwin to the Mount Peake mine site, and back again to Darwin. In April 2023 Tivan acquired the Speewah Project in WA, and has since made it the Company's development priority. Accordingly, the Company made the financial decision to relinquish its Mount Peake ancillary titles (MLs and AAs). Tivan retains the main Mount Peake Deposit title (ML 28341) and underlying ELs.
