Abstract: The Mt Fitch Project comprises of Mineral Lease Northern (MLN) 1157, 1158, 1159, 1161 and Mineral Lease 31229 (the licences). These licences are located approximately 55 km South of Darwin and have a combined area of 489.13 hectares. The licence area sits within the highly prospective and resource rich Rum Jungle Mineral Field within the Pine Creek Orogen. The area is known to host various commodities, which includes copper, lead, nickel, zinc, cobalt and uranium. Northern Territory Resources (NTR) has entered into an Agreement which has been assigned to Doe Run Australia NL (DRA). During the reporting period limited field reconnaissance and no geological surveys were conducted on the leases. DRA and NTR expenditures consist entirely of reviews and compilations of geological reports, geochemical and geophysical data, and site reconnaissance by DRA.
