Abstract: GR420 (EL30012 and EL 30015) Bynoe Project is held by Orema Pty Ltd. The tenements were granted on 22 April 2014 and 4 March 2014 respectively. Liontown Resources Ltd signed an agreement with Orema Pty Ltd in February 2016 whereby it may acquire 100% of their 'Bynoe Project, located within the Bynoe area of the Northern Territory. EL 30015 has the Cox Peninsula Road passing through the north east of the tenement and hosts the historical Greenbushes Observation Hill mine site, consisting of several open pit tin-tantalum mines. EL 30012 has the Fog Bay Road passing through the north of the lease, and the Litchfield National Park Road passing nearby to the east and can be accessed by various dirt tracks. EL 30012 hosts the historical abandoned Annie Creek Mine, Pickett's/Saffums/Bilatos Mines and several quarries. The main group of workings located within EL 30012 have been mined throughout the last century, mainly for tin and tantalum. Liontown Resources Pty Ltd are completing the first systematic lithium focused exploration program over many of the prospects located within EL 30012 and EL 30015.
