Abstract: | No on ground exploration was conducted during the reporting period. ABM reassessed the timing of its proposed diamond drill hole under the Geophysics and Drilling Collaboration programme with the Northern Territory Geological Survey and will now complete the program by the end of the financial year. A component of the designed diamond hole is to find answers for ABM's so far unexplainable strong, multipoint, multi-element surface geochemical anomaly to the west of the magnetic high feature near the Homestead prospect. Meanwhile, the diamond hole tests the depth of the Antrim Plateau Volcanics and aims to determine the stratigraphic setting beneath it. As result the layout of a proposed single 500m deep diamond drill hole at the Homestead prospect (EL 25192) was accomplished. The hole will be drilled on an azimuth of 225 degrees, with a dip of -70 degrees (to the south-west) with the collar at GDA94, MGA52 570,975.00mE; 7,739,965mN. |
