OL4 and OL5 Mereenie 2D Seismic Interpretation Report

Abstract

This report gives the details of the seismic mapping of the Mereenie field, located within the Amadeus Basin, NT, by Central Petroleum in 2016-17. Through this work, Central aimed to derive a new structural model independently of the previous interpretation work, derive key reservoir and seal horizon interpretations from seismic control, derive a more detailed layer-based velocity model that incorporated a slowdown off the crest of the structure and was consistent with dip information from wells and incorporate the latest 2013 seismic data into the interpretation.

This report was prepared by Central Petroleum as an attempt to put together Central's internal structural model for Mereenie field. This work was not performed as a result of any field or geophysical activity.
