Abstract: The McArthur River Project is operated by Todd River Metals Pty Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Todd River Resources Limited. The project comprises four exploration licences, EL 27711, EL 30085, EL 31703 and EL 31704, which lie in the McArthur Basin and in the southwestern portion of the Batten Fault Zone. Group reporting was approved in May 2015 (GR367) with a reporting period of 9 July to 8 July. EL 31703 and 31704 were added to this group reporting in January 2019. A drilling collaboration funding application submitted to the DPIR in May 2018 was successful and drilling was carried out in August/September 2018. Drilling of three holes was aimed at studying the potential for world class stratiform Zn-Pb-Ag mineralisation within the Todd River Resources project area by gaining stratigraphic information and testing SkyTEM conductors from unknown sources. Down-hole electromagnetics failed to produce any significant conductor suggesting mineralisation is not extensive. Drilling from the program has provided evidence of live systems within the area and prospective stratigraphy at depth but failed to intersect significant mineralisation. Assays showed slightly anomalous Cu, Pb, Zn and Ag values in some strata, but not anywhere near economic levels. A collaborative project with CSIRO was also undertaken during the reporting year and the final report for this work is still to be received.
