Abstract: Prodigy Gold NL's (Prodigy) (formerly ABM Resources NL [ABM]) Birrindudu Project is situated approximately 250km east-southeast of Halls Creek, in the north-western portion of the Tanami Desert (Figure 1). Due to the voluntary outright surrender of three Exploration Licenses 5889, 23523 and 28326 during 2021 and 2022 EL 31332 was the only remaining tenement of the former GR163 Birrindudu Project group of tenements. Prodigy explored the project for the potential of gold and base metal mineralisation. In the period 16 November 2021 to 13 July 2022 no on-ground exploration was completed as Prodigy concentrated its activities on higher ranking exploration targets. As EL 31332 formerly formed part of GR163 all previous exploration has been outlined in the preceding annual GR163 reports. Exploration in the period 14 July 2016 to 13 July 2022 included desk top studies, geophysical data processing and limited surface sampling. Two desk top studies generated one target area (CGSG 48). The target specific conclusions plus the recommended exploration are listed in the prioritised Table 2. One rockchip sample (G113506, <1 ppb Au) was collected during a 1 day helicopter site visit to the Birrindudu project. A Master of Science prospectivity study concluded that the Birrindudu project area has the potential to host a mafic / ultramafic complex, which is associated with a dilational jog of a regionally significant transform structure. Various generations of airborne and ground magnetic datasets were processed and merged producing new images. The new images which include the Birrindudu Project area show a significantly improved resolution compared to previous images. Prodigy reviewed its overall tenement holding of the Birrindudu project and concluded to allow EL 31332 to expire on the 13 July 2022.
