Title: EL 32122 Entia Dome Project Partial Relinquishment Report for the period 6 January 2020 to 12 January 2022

Abstract: EL 32122 (Project) is located approximately 150 km NE of Alice Springs. The Project covers portion of the Entia Pegmatite Field, and contains untested geological, geochemical and electromagnetic anomalies, requiring further assessment. The area is considered prospective for strategic metals, including REEY-Nb-Ta associated with pegmatoids, as well as bedrock vein-hosted Au-Ag hydrothermal deposits, and associated alluvial gold deposits. Some ultramafic units may host Ni-Cu-PGE sulphide mineralisation. CopperOz Pty Ltd is assessing the potential of the Project area for bedrock REE, U, Au-Ag and Ni-Cu-PGE deposits, as well as alluvial Au deposits. A total of 93 sub-blocks were relinquished from the Project on 12 January 2022 in response to access restrictions associated with the COVID19 pandemic, leaving 50 sub-blocks over the highest priority targets for further exploration. Work on the relinquished blocks was limited to reviews of previous exploration activities and publicly available remote sensing and geophysical datasets, as well as geological reconnaissance. This work suggested that the relinquished areas have lower potential to host economic mineralisation.
