| Abstract: | EL 30139 covers an area of 35 graticular blocks (117 km2) to the south of Mt Douglas in the Mary River locality in the Northern Territory, see figure 2. The area is considered to be prospective for base metals and precious metals. Work conducted in the first year consisted of a stream sediment sampling survey covering a large area of the licence. This work indicated a number of gold anomalies within the survey area. Further investigations have indicated that the major gold anomaly has been adequately investigated and as such the licence has been surrendered. |
