| Abstract: | The Kovacs Project consists of a single 8Ha Mineral Lease, MLC 647, south of the main Tennant Creek goldfields, on which there are historical workings with an unknown history of past production. The lease was originally granted in 1970 and now lies wholly within an Exploration Lease Application (ELA 25582) which has been in veto to 13/8/2013. WDR Gold Pty Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Western Desert Resources Ltd, is earning interest in in MLC 647 as part of the East Rover Joint Venture with TNG Ltd. There has been no activity on the lease due to uncertainty with land access and the precise location of the lease. |
