ML 24511 Lethbridge Bay West Annual Report for period ending 4 December 2014

Abstract

This annual report covers ML24511 (local area Lethbridge Bay West) located on the north coast of Melville Island in the Northern Territory. During the reporting period no mineral sand exploration work was completed on the ML because it is considered to be exhausted following the completion of mining in October 2010. No further exploration is required to define mineralised zones. This report summarises the location, title history, access to the area, physiography and geology. Work in the ML during the period 5 December 2013 to 4 December 2014 was focussed on rehabilitation and primarily consisted of monitoring regrowth. During the year the regrowth was inspected by the care and maintenance manager approximately four times. It was reported the regrowth was consistent with previous years. A detailed environmental audit is planned during the next 12 month period.
