Annual Report ML 22934 Groundrush from 14 September 2013 to 13 September 2014

Abstract

Exploration during the year ended 13 September 2014 includes surface sampling and portable XRF measurements: 44 XRF measurements were taken between Groundrush and Ripcord; GRDD0124 drilled at Groundrush was scanned with the portable XRF; and 36 biogeochemical samples were collected (spinifex). Work during the year has focused on building a better understanding on the geochemical signatures of these deposits to apply to the immediate surrounds. Understanding the effect of variable thickness in cover on certain datasets has also been an objective of this year's work with plans to continue validating the surface (regolith mapping) and identify potential areas where existing data may possibly be providing false negatives.
