Title: | Annual Technical Report EL 26483 for the period 18 July 2013 to 17 July 2014 |
Title Holder / Company: | Suplejack Ord River Resources |
Report id: | CR2014-0668 |
Tenure: | EL26483 |
Year: | 2014 |
Author: | Jewson, R |
Abstract: | The main activities completed or partly completed across the project area in the reporting period included the undertaking of hydrological and ecological studies (which remain incomplete). A change in exploration management necessitated a review of the planned programme of work and project, as well as building familiarity with the geology of the project area with completion of a literature review concerning geology, geological history, mineralisation and deposit-styles, and past exploration practices. The team is currently building exploration models, which will be applied to lithostructural targeting in the project area. The models include establishing the regolith landform framework in which the existing geochemistry will be re-evaluated. This work is continuing, and all scheduled fieldwork has been suspended until the task is complete. |
