Title: McArthur Project Annual Report 9 July 2013 to 8 July 2014 EL 27711
Title Holder / Company: Enigma Mining
Report id: CR2014-0572
Tenure: EL27711
Year: 2014

Abstract: EL 27711 was granted to Enigma Mining Limited (Enigma) on 9 July 2010. Enigma is a wholly owned subsidiary of TNG Ltd. The licence forms part of the McArthur Project area together with EL 30085. A geological mapping and sampling programme was undertaken during the reporting period with the aim of confirming geochemical anomalies identified during exploration by Australian Geophysical Pty Ltd (AGPL) in the late 1960's. Core from DDHMN2, drilled by AGPL was also relogged and sampled with best results for copper being 0.37% over 0.91m from 119.48m depth. Six lines of soil pXRF survey were completed over the Northern and Central Anomalous Zones within EL 27711. Anomalous Cu, Pb and Zn was encountered in each area with a maximum of 768ppm Cu, 298ppm Pb and 715ppm Zn in the Northern Zone and 647ppm Cu, 514ppm Pb and 1328ppm Zn in the Central Zone. Samples were collected for ICP analysis based on the pXRF and historical AGPL results and confirmed the pXRF results. Rock chip pXRF readings were taken in order to delineate specific units of prospective stratigraphy and samples sent for ICP analysis for confirmation of results. The Ovoid Beds within the Wollogorang Formation contain the most anomalous results of copper, lead and zinc. Stratigraphic drilling through the Wollogorang Formation will take place during the next reporting year with the success of a proposal submitted to the NT Government as part of their Geophysics and Drilling Collaboration Programme.
