EL 26930 Annual Report of period ending 4 May 2014

Abstract

Approximately eight weeks were spent on exploration in the 2013 to 2014 reporting period. Firstly we attempted to re-sample an area that had not been relinquished within the bushfire zone from the previous year, this proved very difficult due to denser than usual undergrowth and even defeated our attempts using GPS. A helicopter was hired from VRD which gave us access to the remote mid western area of 'Battle Creek'. This area was explored as thoroughly as possible but ground visibility was still poor due to thick undergrowth. Numerous area's were singled out during this period for further land based investigation. Access routes were picked out from the air and GPS marked to assist with land based entry .
