Abstract: | Work undertaken during the 2013-2014 tenure year included 31 drill holes for 5,584 metres comprising of 3924 metres of reverse circulation drilling and 1660 metres of diamond drilling, from which 977 drill samples were sent for analysis. In addition to this, 3 downhole water samples were submitted for radionuclide analysis at ANSTO. As part of Alligators data review, 8369 metres of historic core was re-logged to ensure consistency between drilling phases. Tenement wide reconnaissance included 16 rock chip samples being submitted for multi element geochemistry and 7 ground water samples for radionuclide analysis. 5064 ground radiometric stations were completed. The outcome of the field activities produced a greater understanding of the geology, and the structural controls of mineralisation. |
