Abstract: Mosman Oil and Gas Limited on behalf of its wholly owned subsidiary, Oilco Pty Ltd commissioned Thomson Aviation for an Airborne Geophysical Survey to acquire Magnetic data over their permit EP 156, Alice Springs from 24/05/2017 to 03/06/2017. With a line spacing of 50m in a North-South direction (0) and a tie line spacing of 500m in an East-West (90) direction, a total of 8,117 Km of data were acquired (but a total of 8238.6 line Km of data processed) using Geometrics G822A Magnetometer on a Cessna C210 Aircraft which flew at an average altitude of 60m from the terrain. The report describes the In Field Calibration, Verification and Processing, Navigation and Positioning, Magnetometer, Radar Altimeter, Barometric Altimeter, Data Acquisition System, Navigation Equipment, Gamma Ray Spectrometer System and Base Station Magnetometer.
