Annual and Final Technical Report Voluntary Full Surrender Report EL 31194 from 17 August 2016 to 16 August 2019

Abstract

This Voluntary Full Surrender Report details exploration activities undertaken by the Operator on Exploration Licence EL 31194 from 17th August 2016 to 16th August 2019. The Exploration Licence is situated on the Wallhallow (SE5307) 1:250,000 mapsheet, and Lancewood (6163) 1:100,000 topographic mapsheet in the McArthur Region of the Northern Territory. The licence is located approximately 125 kilometres south of the township of Borroloola and is accessed via existing sealed and gravel roads. On-ground activities completed during the life of the tenement comprised stream and loam sampling with a total 15 samples collected. No indicator minerals or microdiamonds reported to the samples. On-ground activities completed during the final year of tenure focused on ground reconnaissance and mapping the approximate extent of the Cretaceous aged sedimentary cover which was found to be present over of the southern portion of the tenement. Due to the extensive Cretaceous aged cover sediments and with the sample results to date it was considered that no further work was warranted. The tenement was recommended for surrender.
