Title: | Mosquito Creek Project Annual Report for period ending 28 November 2016 EL 29616 |

Abstract: | During the reporting period Horn Resources completed a review of the historical data over the tenement and its surrounding areas. This included a compilation of the drill holes and information collected from drilling, as well as the surface sampling and interpretations. The work, which included a revised structural interpretation of the magnetic data was aimed developing lithium target areas for future drilling programs. The revised structural and lithological interpretation resulting from the detail examination of the exploration completed by Washington has help in understanding the mineralised zones within the Mosquito Creek Tungsten Field. The tungsten mineralisation is hosted by greisen and sheared Hill of Leaders Granite within a zone of structural complexity. Assays from rock chip and termite mound samples and aircore drilling from Washington show that these structural zones are anomalous in lithium and are the primary exploration target for future exploration. This structurally complex zone is demagnetised on the aeromagnetics. Based on this interpretation, four additional demagnetised zones have been defined within interpreted sheared Hill of Leaders Granite. |
