Combined Annual Exploration Report Warumpi Project EL 6861, EL 6732 and EL 10379 Year ending 10 September 2013

Abstract

This report covers exploration completed on the Warumpi Combined Reporting tenement group for the period 11 September 2012 to 10 September 2013. The Warumpi Project is located approximately 300km west of the Alice Springs Township, and includes a number of granted tenements and applications that fall within aboriginal freehold lands of the Haasts Bluff Land Trust. The project area is considered to be prospective for a number of commodities, ranging from copper and gold to base metals within a structurally controlled, high-grade metamorphic terrain. In August 2013, combined reporting status was granted over three tenements; ELs 6861, 6732 and 10379 forming a separated group within the Warumpi Project. The exploration activities are governed by the negotiated Deed of Exploration with the Central Land Council (CLC) on behalf of the traditional Aboriginal owners. During the reporting period, Castile conducted 3 sampling campaigns throughout EL 6861, each campaign lasting approximately two weeks. A total of 2,966 lag samples, 142 rock chip and 219 soil samples were collected over various locations throughout the tenement, highlighting multiple areas of interest for both precious and base metals. Regional sampling and prospecting was conducted throughout EL 6732 and EL 10379 during the final field campaign of the 2012 field season. A total of 286 lag and 15 rock chip samples were taken at EL 6732 and 86 lag and 8 rock chip samples throughout EL 10379. Numerous prospective structures are found throughout EL 6732 including the Central Bore Suture zone. However, no anomalous mineralisation was highlighted as a result of systematic sampling in either tenement.
