Year 3 Annual Report 20 May 2012 to 19 May 2013 Carrara Range (EL 27652)

Abstract

Natural Resources Exploration's ('NRE') has carried out a detailed geological assessment of its Carrara Range Prospect, Exploration Licence (EL) 27652, during the third year of grant. NRE's exploration rationale and objectives for its Carrara Range Prospect considered the evaluation of potential base metal and precious metal mineralisation. Investigations were intended to locate any outcropping of mineralisation and any indicators of any sub-surface mineralisation within the tenement. NRE's exploration activities during the third term have included the analysis of results obtained from the Ground Electromagnetic Survey conducted in the first term together with analysis of those results obtained from NRE's previous rock chip sampling and extensive soil sampling program which was conducted across the tenure. NRE's activities have defined targets for further exploration activities to be conducted during the fourth term. The further geological interpretations of the Carrara Range Prospect with data NRE obtained from its Ground Electromagnetic Survey have led NRE to successfully define targets within EL 27652. NRE will now continue to move towards finalising the design of its limited Reverse Circulation Drilling program and subsequently lodge a Mining Management Plan with the Department early in the third term so that it can carry out a test drill hole within EL 27652 to gain additional information of the region.
