EL's 24115 and 24195 Bowgan Project Ninth Annual Report for the period 13 October 2012 to 12 October 2013

Abstract

The Bowgan project is located in the Barkly Tablelands region of Northern Territory, approximately 250 km northeast of the regional centre of Tennant Creek. The project consists of two contiguous exploration licences; EL24115 (Bowgan) and EL24195 (Benmara). A third exploration licence; EL24196 (Creswell Downs) is located southwest of the other two licences and is reported on separately. Exploration at the Bowgan project is currently targeting the potential occurrence of economic uranium, gold and base-metal mineralisation. Exploration activity during the current reporting period included collection of 1071 biogeochemical (vegetation) samples from 3 target areas, collection of 385 soil samples from 2 target areas, geological mapping conducted in 4 target areas including collection of 19 surface outcrop (rock chip) samples. Data collation, processing and interpretation work is currently ongoing. On-going exploration is proposed at the Bowgan project, with a focus to extending geophysical survey coverage across a number of target areas to assist with targeting for a proposed first-pass program of exploration drilling.
