Hatches Creek EL 22912 and EL 23463 Year 6 Annual Report 25 July 2012 to 24 July 2013

Abstract

Field work was planned but not completed during 2012-2013 by Davenport Resources staff. Significant delays were encountered processing the transfer of ownership on the tenement titles from Hatches Creek Pty Ltd to the current owners Davenport Resources Limited with NT Revenue Office. The project was initially part of a joint venture between Davenport Resources Limited and Transol Corporation Limited (now Arunta Resources Limited) however before work could start the project was acquired 100 percent by Transol Corporation Limited. Dispute has arisen regarding the deed of covenant and payment's to the CLC and it has not yet been signed, therefore Arunta Resources is not yet party to the original exploration agreement that allows access to the tenements. All available previous exploration data was compiled including aerial photography, soil sampling, prospect rock chip sampling and mapping, geophysical data and geophysical interpretation.
