Abstract: During the reporting period geological reconnaissance visits over the Jasmine - North Beryl - Ochre Hill Area were carried out, which includes parts of EL 9999. The iron mineralisation occurs as thin brecciated units within the Lower Wildman Formation. Preliminary drill design has been completed for the Elizabeth Marion trend, which is located nearer to the Frances Creek ROM pad and extends up to the western side of EL 9999. Significant goethite and hematite mineralisation has been encountered further to the south; it is hoped that the mineralisation continues further north into EL 9999. During the reporting period ML 27225 was granted (17 August 2012). This ML covers much of the prospective Lower Wildman Formation within EL 9999. Air core drilling that was planned for EL 9999 in the 2012-2013 reporting period was conducted in October 2012 (i.e. after the grant of ML 27225). The drilling details will be included in the ML 27225 2012-2013 Annual Report.
