Title: Annual and Final Report EL 30799 for period 22 October 2015 to 25 October 2019
Title Holder / Company: Territory Exploration
Report id: CR2019-0505
Tenure: EL30779
Year: 2019
Abstract: At surrender EL 30779 covered 36 graticular blocks of felsic and mafic gneiss metavolcanics and metapelites of the Strangways Metamorphic Complex and is located in the Bushy Park area to the north of Alice Springs in the Northern Territory, see figure 1. The licence area was considered to be prospective for base metals. Work conducted during the licence period (2015 to 2019) consisted of a number of field trips during which general reconnaissance and surface sampling was undertaken. In latter years work was concentrated on the Edwards Creek Prospect resulting in a VTEM survey over the area and follow up drilling of 2 RC drill holes targeting an excellent conductor shown under the surface gossan outcrop. Unfortunately the conductor was due to a water filled limonitic clay occurring within a shear zone.
