Abstract: EL 25313, EL 28006, EL 28007 EL 28951 and EL 28952 'Caranbirini' form part of Brumby Resources Limited's McArthur River Project. The tenements are situated 650 kilometres southeast of Darwin in the McArthur Basin in the Northern Territory (Figure 1). All tenements are registered in the name of Brumby Resources Limited (Brumby). Exploration in the sixth year of tenure carried out by Brumby consisted of the assessment of last year's four diamond drill hole results, compilation of all drilling / geochemistry into digital format (Brumby and previous explorers) and 3D modelling of geological structures and stratigraphy within the Caranbirini area. The 2012 diamond drilling had tested three targets with fou rholes; a 300 metre deep VTEM anomaly with two holes; and two 50 metre deep anomalies with one hole each. Elevated Zn values were intersected in CPDH003 and CPDH004. Bset results were encountered in hole CPDH003 and include 9m (downhole intercept lengths) at 1000 ppm Zn from 42.4m and 0.2m at 1923 ppm Zn from 56m depth. Elevated silver was also intersected in CPDH003 with 0.8m of 11.5 g/t Ag from 31.1m. Results prove that mineralising processes have been active in the area, and that the geophysics has successfully identified the mineralised zones. Compilation, interpretation and modelling of historical and recent data sets identified a target zone with a significant footprint area at a depth of up to 600-800 m mainly within EL 25313.
