Abstract: Exploration activities conducted by Crocodile Gold and Thundelarra Exploration over the Burnside project during 2012 included a VTEM geophysical survey follow-up, historical geophysics interpretation, regional mapping and sampling, stream sediment sampling, soil geochemical sampling the purchase of new satellite imagery as well as reconnaissance field visits. A lot of field work has been completed on the Burnside project over the past twelve months. There are also some additional projects that were completed in 2011 that were not completely reported last year, these are reported in this year report as they are closely related to the work completed this year. The main focus on the exploration titles for the year centred on following up on the VTEM survey results that were reported in early 2012 by Southern Geoscience. In their report from February they noted around 180 late-time targets, 32 mid-time targets and 29 early-time targets that required follow up mapping and sampling. From this list Crocodile Gold VP of Exploration, Bill Nielsen, trimmed and ranked the list to ten areas (some with multiple anomalies) for the company geologists to review and work.
