Abstract: EL 25668 is situated approximately 40 km east of the town of Pine Creek. This Annual Report documents the work completed on EL 25668 for the period August 17, 2011 to August 16, 2012. EL 25668 is the northernmost licence in the Vista Gold tenement package on the Mount Todd project, adjoining the northern boundary of EL 25576. EL 25668 currently consists of 33 graticular blocks, having been reduced in August 2011 when 18 graticular blocks were relinquished. The tenement is now 14.5km in length and 6.5km in width at its widest point, narrowing to 4.7km in width on the eastern side. The licence was originally granted on 17 August 2007 for a period of six (6) years. Vista Gold Australia Pty Ltd. is the operator and manager of the exploration work. The tenement straddles the southern contact of the Mount Davis Granite and its metamorphic aureole. It also hosts the northernmost strike extension of the Cullen-Australis structural corridor and the Australus soil anomaly. Work on the project during the Reporting Year included structural interpretation, field reconnaissance, rock-chip sampling, planning soil programs and the rehabilitation of pre-existing tracks to obtain access via the Mount Todd minesite.
