| Abstract: | A program of regional reconnaissance-GA map checking including Holsteins vein-swarm prospecting pits combined with a regional potential prospectivity analysis for uranium-thorium-REE mineralisation was undertaken, including preparation of eUranium greater than 4ppm contour color images which confirm veracity of PNC 'Torbernite trend' ie 9ppm equivalent uranium contour mirrors westerly pegmatoid trending southwest 2km from Snaf to Kelly prospects. Interpretation of AMAG, Radiometric, Uranium-Thorium channel, Landsat, ASTER GWIS color images was also completed plus extensive review of previous exploration conducted by PNC from 1992 to 1995. |
