| Abstract: | The petroleum possibilities of the permits depend largely on the early Palaeozoic known to plunge beneath Tertiary-Quaternary alluvium. Cambro-Ordovician became more carbonate basin-ward and also are known to carry substantial traces of bituminous material. Structures are expected to occur within the basin. |
